This card was included in the {{TCG|Majestic Dawn}} expansion with artwork by [[Masakazu Fukuda]], first released as one of the Japanese {{TCG|DP-P Promotional cards}}. In Japan, it was awarded to participants of the main tournament at Winter Challenge venues held between November 25, 2007 and January 20, 2008. A Cosmos Holofoil print was also available in the English {{TCG|Polar Frost}} {{TCG|Theme Deck}}. Another promotional print was one of 24 cards released in the {{TCGMerch|Diamond & Pearl|Series|Pokémon Countdown Calendar}} in October 2008. This print features a gold foil snowflake stamp in the bottom right corner of the artwork. It was later reprinted in the {{TCG|Collection Packs|Shaymin LV.X Collection Pack}} in April 2009. It was reprinted again as a Mirror Reverse Holofoil with a "Platinum" stamp, released as part of a Burger King promotion in June 2009.
