All selected entries were announced on July 27, 2010, with the winning illustrations released as promotional cards around the same time. A standard prize with an illustration by the 2010 Pikachu Project animation team was awarded to all 660 selected entrants, each winning illustrator receiving 100 copies of card with their illustration on. The chosen entrant prize print of this card lists Pikachu Project instead of an illustrator. The prints from the design contest all have a gold foil stamp to the right of the movie logo that reads: "Pokémon Card Game Design Contest Award."
