This template anchors a section link to a specific part of a page.
For example, because the anchor template is used on the Ability page, linking to Ability#Hidden Ability results in the section itself being linked to (even though it is named Hidden Abilities), rather than the top of the page. Note that since the Hidden Ability redirect redirects to that anchor, linking to it does the same.
