Calaba (Japanese: ユウガオ Yūgao) is a warden tasked with watching over a special Ursaluna found in the Crimson Mirelands. She is a member of the Pearl Clan.
In the core series
Calaba is devoted to following tradition and has an inherent distrust of anyone outside of the Pearl Clan. She is introduced within the Solaceon Ruins after a slab is stolen from the ruins by the Miss Fortune group. When the Player returns the slab to the ruins she has a change of heart and begins to trust others. She allows the Player to confront Ursaluna and quell its rage.
Pokémon
Like all members of the Pearl Clan, Calaba does not keep her Pokémon partner in a Poké Ball.
