Ash Ketchum (Japanese: サトシ Satoshi) is a character of the day who appeared in A Ripple in Time. He is loosely based on Ash from the original series.
Ash was first seen battling Arsham in the Indigo Plateau, during the battle he spotted a Celebi that took away his concentration. As soon as the attacks collided and Celebi was hit, Ash and Pikachu ended up in Future Forest. The two then started to run after Celebi and went through several places until they reached a house where they finally met Celebi and Dialga.

Pikachu is Ash's only known Pokémon. Pikachu is loosely based on Pikachu from the anime. Pikachu appeared for the first time battling Arsham's Cubone. The collision of its attack with Cubone's ended up disorienting a Celebi that was close to the battle arena.
Pikachu's known moves are Thunderbolt, Iron Tail and Quick Attack.
The narrator says that both Trainers were using their last Pokémon, which indicates that Ash has at least one more Pokémon.
