Pokémon Lover King Mario did. Apparently, he's been known to make page moves that consensus agrees should not be made, and this isn't the first time he's done such.
He did that before with Pokémon Trainer after a trainer was announced as a Super Smash Bros. Brawl character, then turned the redirect to a disambig.
