Deoxys (Japanese: デオキシス Deoxys) is a Psychic-type Basic Pokémon card. It is part of the EX Deoxys expansion.

Once during your turn (before your attack), you may search your deck for another Deoxys and switch it with Deoxys. (Any cards attached to Deoxys, damage counters, Special Conditions, and effects on it are now on the new Pokémon.) If you do, put Deoxys on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward. You can't use more than 1 Form Change Poké-Power each turn.

Release information

This card was included in the English EX Deoxys expansion, originating as one of the Japanese PCG-P Promotional cards. In Japan, it was enclosed with Summer 2004 Special Edition copies of Pokémon Scoop, distributed to visitors at each Pokémon Festa 2004 venue, held at several locations across Japan between July 17 and August 15, 2004. Each copy of Pokémon Scoop also came with a Pokémon Daisuki Club CD-ROM and questionnaire, which if completed, entered people into a lottery to win 1 of 10 Rayquaza Edition Game Boy Advance SP consoles.
