Plot
The "Pokémon World Coronation Series News" makes a broadcast before the finals of the Masters Eight Tournament. After a brief recap of the Masters Eight and the results of the quarterfinals, the semifinals matches of Leon versus Diantha and Ash versus Cynthia are given a more detailed recap. With the final match of Ash versus Leon having been set up, both of their full teams are introduced, including the three Pokémon that Leon hasn't yet used in the tournament: Cinderace, Inteleon, and Mr. Rime.
