Plot
The "Pokémon World Coronation Series News" makes a broadcast before the finals of the Masters Eight Tournament, with Mr. Daimonji, a battle expert, acting as a special guest. After a brief recap of the Masters Eight and the results of the quarterfinals, the semifinals matches of Leon versus Diantha and Ash versus Cynthia are given more detailed recaps, accompanied by commentary from Mr. Daimonji, who analyzes on the strategies used in each match.
