Tetsuya Kakihara (Japanese: 柿原徹也 Kakihara Tetsuya) is a Japanese voice actor for the Pokémon anime.
Biography
Kakihara was born on December 24, 1982 in Düsseldorf, West Germany, where he spent his early life.
