A body of pure, solid gold gives the Pokémon full immunity to other Pokémon's status moves.

Good as Gold (Japanese: おうごんのからだ Gold Body) is an Ability introduced in Generation IX. It is the signature Ability of Gholdengo.

Effect

In battle

Pokémon with this Ability are unaffected by other Pokémon's status moves.

It does not block status moves that target themselves; the other side of the field, such as Stealth Rock; or all Pokémon, such as Haze.

Outside of battle

Good as Gold has no effect outside of battle.
