Shouldn't there be at least some discussion before moving this page, especially considering that it's a politically-heavy thing. The Turkish government may insist on calling their country "Türkiye" in all possible languages, but this practice is still far from being widespread. It's a thing for diplomats and politicians, anyway. Colloquial names exist and there's time and place for using them, for example when talking about a children's video game. Shouldn't there be at least some discussion before moving this page, especially considering that it's a politically-heavy thing. The Turkish government may insist on calling their country "Türkiye" in all possible languages, but this practice is still far from being widespread. It's a thing for diplomats and politicians, anyway. Colloquial names exist and there's time and place for using them, for example when talking about a children's video game.
