The medal Poké Mile Hoarder has a requirement that should be mentioned in the notes.

The miles must be stored in game. If miles are auto sent to PGL website, they will not count towards the medal unlocking.

I tested this twice on two different cartridges / accounts to verify.

I will update at a later time if nobody else has done it.
