The Scroll of Darkness (Japanese: あくのかけじく Scroll of Evil) is a Key Item introduced in Generation IX. It allows Kubfu to evolve into Single Strike Style Urshifu. Its counterpart is the Scroll of Waters.

When used from the Bag on a Kubfu, the Scroll of Darkness will cause it to evolve into Single Strike Style Urshifu.

The Scroll of Darkness in The Isle of Armor

The Scroll of Darkness debuted as an interactive object at the Tower of Darkness in Pokémon Sword and Shield. After defeating Mustard at the top floor of the tower, the player can have Kubfu interact with the Scroll of Darkness to evolve.
