This card was awarded to the top three competitors from each age division in each of the regional Japanese Battle Road Summer 2007 tournaments held between July and August 2007. It was awarded again in the same manner to participants of Battle Road Spring 2008 tournaments; however, the last three scheduled conferences were canceled in response to a threat letter sent to Pokémon Card Laboratory in early April 2008.
