AZ's Floette is an Eternal Flower Floette befriended by AZ. Unlike other Floette, she has a unique color scheme and holds a flower known as the Eternal Flower. She plays a major part in the storyline of Pokémon X and Y.
In the games
History
In Pokémon X and Y, Floette is first mentioned by AZ when the player initially encounters him on Route 13, where he mutters to himself about "the flower Pokémon".
It is later revealed in AZ's story of the history of the Kalos region that Floette was given to AZ by his late mother and was taken by force by the soldiers fighting in the war. Floette was sent to fight in a war that broke out in the Kalos region, in which she subsequently died. Out of grief, AZ built the ultimate weapon to revive her, and succeeded, making her immortal. She left him after realizing that the life energy of other Pokémon was used to bring her back to life.
Floette's last appearance is during the parade arranged by Professor Sycamore in Lumiose City. After AZ battles the player and is liberated from his torment, she floats down from the sky and finally returns to him. Both Floette and AZ are not seen after this.
Obtainable
Game data exists for the Eternal Flower Floette in the Generation VI games. Eternal Flower Floette's stats are notably higher than a regular Floette and sit more closely to those of Florges. Unlike a regular Floette however, she cannot evolve or breed (and is unaffected by the Eviolite). She is in the Undiscovered Egg Group. She also has her own signature move, Light of Ruin, which she learns at level 50. Her cry is different from a regular Floette. She also has a base experience yield of 243.

Pokémon Generations
AZ's Floette appeared in the final Pokémon Generations episode The Redemption, where she was a Pokémon AZ befriended 3000 years ago. One day, Floette perished after being forced to participate in a war. Out of grief, AZ built a machine to revive his fallen friend, but Floette left him after learning that he sacrificed the lives of many Pokémon to power the machine. She later returned to AZ.
In the manga
Pokémon Adventures
Floette first appears in a flashback in PS578. AZ later explained that he created the Ultimate weapon to revive his dead Floette. AZ then wanted the war Floette was killed in to end, so he turned the Ultimate weapon into a weapon of destruction and fired it. The war ended, but Floette realized that AZ sacrificed the lives of many Pokémon to power the machine, so she leaves him.
3000 years later in Epilogue, AZ teaches X, Y, Trevor, Shauna and Tierno to not be disappointed in the fact that no one is thanking them for defeating Team Flare, as that same feeling was what caused Lysandre to start Team Flare in the first place. After this, Floette returned to AZ.
