Three lotteries were held over the course of the campaign—eligibility for the first was open between September 14 and October 4; eligibility for the second was open between October 5 and 25; eligibility for the third was open between October 26 and November 15. To become eligible to enter the lottery, Mezastar Club members were required to amass 100 points by registering dispensed tags from one set. Ten points were awarded for every tag registered and points could not be transferred upon the launch of a new Mezastar set. One hundred and fifty winners were selected in each of the prize draws for a total of 450 framed sets.
