HYOGONOSUKE (ヒョーゴノスケ) is an illustrator for the Pokémon Trading Card Game, who has been illustrating since Team Up starting with Jirachi. Thus far, HYOGONOSUKE has illustrated 72 cards for the TCG. They have also done illustrations for Pokémon Quest. Outside of Pokémon, HYOGONOSUKE has done illustrations for Love Live! and Doraemon, as well as created picture books and manga.

Artwork
For the first year of the Scarlet & Violet Era, HYOGONOSUKE illustrated nine cards that make up a combined illustration. The cards that make up this image are Mime Jr., Combee, Swablu, Magikarp, Palossand, Gligar, Lechonk, Skwovet, and Horsea. In the same year, HYOGONOSUKE also illustrated Snorlax for the 151 expansion, but this card's artwork is not included in the combined illustration.
