In Japan, this card was one of seven possible SM-P Promotional cards available in promotional packs awarded to participants of Pokémon Card Gym tournaments during March and April 2018. This print features the Pokémon Card Gym logo. It was later released as one of the SM Black Star Promos, included in the Shiny Zygarde-GX Box made available on June 1, 2018. This print features the same illustration as the Japanese print, though with Zygarde recolored to its Shiny form. A Jumbo version of this print was also included in the box.
