Leigh was born on July 19, 1988, in Texas. She began working for Funimation Entertainment, Bang Zoom! Entertainment, and Studiopolis as an adult. In addition to her voice-over work, Leigh also worked on live-action TV shows. Leigh's first Pokémon-related voice work was as Iris in Pokémon Generations.
