Confusion
I don't know why it is listed as empty but Exeggcute definitely knows Confusion in Pokemon Tower. Considering he knocked out my Growlithe with it. - unsigned comment from Alien17 (talk • contribs)
Underleveled Mons
So in the third battle against Blue, he has a level 17 Pidgeotto when Pidgey evolves into Pidgeotto at level 18. I've literally never heard anybody talk about this. In fact his Pigeotto and his Starter's levels are swapped from Gen 1 to the Remakes. HenryWong122 (talk) 10:52, 31 March 2023 (UTC)
Withdraw
In Mahdrybread's latest challenge run Squirtle uses Withdraw in the 3rd battle.

Maybe it's due to Universal Pokémon randomiser or something but it seems like it does know Withdraw.
