This template generates a table row, representing a Pokémon's stage in Pokémon Shuffle.
Usage

Template fields
- cols - takes a number from 0 to 8 (any number higher than 8 is treated as 8), representing the amount of columns to the right of the type column. Defaults to 6.
- display (optional) - The Pokémon name to be displayed. Can be used for Mega forms. (Overrides the species name as provided by field 3, including the link.)
- alt (optional) - Alternative identifier of the Pokémon. Displays as a subtitle below the species name.
- color (optional) - The background color. Defaults to
FFF
(white background). - field 1 (stage name) (optional) - The name of the stage. If this is left blank, the column for stage name will not appear.
- field 2 (pokemon number) - The Pokémon's national Pokédex number, in a 3-digit format. This along with field 3 are passed to Template:ShImg.
- If the number does not have 3 digits, add 0's to the left side until it does.
- For Pokémon that are Shiny, append the letter S to the end of the number. For example: Shiny Gyarados is 130S.
- For other alternate forms, append a letter or word signifying the form to the end of the number. For example: 585S is Deerling (Summer Form), 025Dizzy is Pikachu (Dizzy).
- field 3 (pokemon species) - The Pokémon's species name. Do not include any mention of Shininess or form.
- field 4 (type) - The Pokémon's type. Defaults to ???.
Depending on the value of cols (let's call it x), x columns will be created to the right of the type column. Fields 5 through 12 represent the contents of those extra columns. For convenience we will call the first one column 1, the second column 2, and so on.
- field 5 (column 1 contents) (optional) - If cols is at least 1, display this field's contents in column 1.
- field 6 (column 2 contents) (optional) - If cols is at least 2, display this field's contents in column 2.
- field 7 (column 3 contents) (optional) - If cols is at least 3, display this field's contents in column 3.
- field 8 (column 4 contents) (optional) - If cols is at least 4, display this field's contents in column 4.
- field 9 (column 5 contents) (optional) - If cols is at least 5, display this field's contents in column 5.
- field 10 (column 6 contents) (optional) - If cols is at least 6, display this field's contents in column 6.
- field 11 (column 7 contents) (optional) - If cols is at least 7, display this field's contents in column 7.
- field 12 (column 8 contents) (optional) - If cols is at least 8, display this field's contents in column 8.
