A Head Leader (Japanese: ヘッドリーダー) is the leader of the Orange League. As the top Gym Leader in the Orange Crew, he or she serves as the final obstacle before a trainer can champion the Orange League. Those who are able to defeat the Head Leader earn the Winner's Trophy and notoriety in the Palace of Victory.
