The Miracle Berry was introduced as a Pokémon Tool Trainer card in the Pokémon Trading Card Game during the English Neo Series (the Japanese Neo Era) in the Neo Genesis expansion. It has never been reprinted.

At the start of a turn, if the Pokémon the Miracle Berry is attached to is Asleep, Confused, Paralyzed, or Poisoned, the player removes all of those effects and discards the Miracle Berry.
