The PSNCureBerry (Japanese: どくけしのみ Antidote Fruit) is a type of Berry exclusive to the Generation II games. It cures a Pokémon of poison.
From Generation III onward, the PSNCureBerry is succeeded by the Pecha Berry.

In Generation II games, this is displayed in all-caps: PSNCUREBERRY.
In Pokémon Gold and Silver: Official Nintendo Player's Guide (page 108), this item is named Poisoncure Berry.
In Pokémon Crystal: Official Nintendo Player's Guide (page 150), this item is named Psncureberry.

If the holder is poisoned, it will consume its held PSNCureBerry and cure it of poison.
Bag item
When used from the Bag on a Pokémon, it cures that Pokémon of poison. This consumes the PSNCureBerry.
