is a dual-type Normal/Normal glitch Pokémon, found in Pokémon Red and Blue. It can be obtained via the Time Capsule exploit with Crobat, or by evolving 'M 'N g at level 18. has a red-tint glitch screen. The end-part of 's cry seems to vary depending on the circumstances.
