This card was reprinted in the {{TCG|Legendary Collection}} reprint set, which was only released outside of Japan. A non-holographic version of this card was present in that set's {{TCG|Turmoil}} theme deck. Unlike the Team Rocket set version, the reprint was not a secret card.
This card was included as a {{TCG|Secret card}} in the {{TCG|Team Rocket}} expansion, having been made especially for the English set by [[Wizards of the Coast]]. It was later printed as a Super Rare in the Japanese {{TCG|Crossing the Ruins...}} expansion. The text in the top-right corner of the card reads "Put '''Raichu''' on the Basic Pokémon", as opposed to the proper "Put '''Dark Raichu''' on the Basic Pokémon". It was reprinted in the {{TCG|Legendary Collection}} expansion with the text corrected. An exclusive Non Holofoil print was included in the {{TCG|Turmoil}} {{TCG|Theme Deck}}. The interior of this card's evolution box is light gray, not dark gray, as opposed to other {{TCG|Dark Pokémon}} from the Team Rocket set. It appears this way even on the Legendary Collection print.
