Shine (Japanese: シャイン Shine) is a character of the day who appeared in The Wild Pair, Friede and Cap!. He is an acquaintance of Friede. He tasked Friede to find his lost Bramblin, which returned to him as a Brambleghast after being rescued from a group of Pokémon hunters.

Bramblin → Brambleghast
Brambleghast is Shine's only known Pokémon, which he caught as a Bramblin during a trip in Paldea. Later in the episode, it evolved in order to escape from a group of Pokémon hunters, along with other captured Pokémon.
Brambleghast's known moves are Power Whip and Rapid Spin.
