Latias is highly intelligent and capable of understanding human speech. It is covered with a glass-like down. The Pokémon enfolds its body with its down and refracts light to alter its appearance.


Release information

In Japan, this card was released as a McDonald's promotional card in January 2003. The English version of this card was released alongside Latios with the Pokémon Heroes: Latios & Latias DVD.

Trivia

Origin

Super Psy's Japanese name is that of a Super form of Confusion, a move in the Pokémon games that Latias cannot learn. This card's e-Reader Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Sapphire.
