Release information

In Japan, this card was released as a S-P Promotional card and was given away as part of the "P-Lab." project, a collaborative merchandise campaign between the Pokémon Card Game, the Japanese fashion brand Graniph, and Japanese content creator Hajime Syacho. Starting May 31, 2022, customers who purchased at least one "P-Lab." item from Graniph stores (in-store or online) were given a copy of this card, as were customers who made an eligible purchase from participating Pokémon Centers, Pokémon Stores, or from the Pokémon Center Online.[1] Giveaways were limited to one per person and the campaign ran for as long as stocks lasted.

Commemorative TCG tournaments were also held in conjunction with the campaign, which were only open to elementary school-aged children. Each event consisted of multiple eight-player mini tournaments. All participants were loaned a copy of a Start Deck 100 to use in each round and were given a copy of this card for competing.[1][2][3] Applications for each event could be made through Google Forms and lotteries were held to allocate spaces. The first event was held at ÆON Mall Hamamatsu Ichino, Hamamatsu on June 4, 2022. Applications could be made up to May 30; successful applicants were notified by the following day.[4] A second event was held at LaLaport EXPOCITY, Suita, Osaka on November 6, 2022. The application period ran from October 27 to November 2.[5] A third event was held at the Pokémon Card Station at Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo on February 12, 2023. The application period ran from January 27 February 6.[6]
