TM28 (not to be confused with the item, which teaches Dig) is a glitch move learnable by very few Glitch Pokémon in Pokémon Red and Blue.
Effect
TM28 has a base power of 85, 50% accuracy (which is actually pretty good for a glitch move), and an animation akin to Explosion (though the user does not faint). After using the move, the user's sprite vanishes until it is sent out again.
