Origin

Hydroelectric Power gives Floodlight a secondary effect similar to that of the TCG version of the move Water Gun (though without a limit on the damage that can be added). Lanturn can learn Water Gun in the Pokémon games. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Gold.
