Igglybuff (Japanese: ププリン Pupurin, German: Fluffeluff, French: Toudoudou) is a Normal-type Pokémon. It evolves into Jigglypuff.
Pokédex entries
- Pokémon Crystal
- Instead of walking with its short legs, it moves around by bouncing on its soft, tender body.
- Pokémon Emerald
- Its soft and pliable body is very bouncy. When it sings continuously with all its might, its body steadily turns a deepening pink color.
Name origin
Igglybuff's name rhymes with Jigglypuff and Wigglytuff. Its Japanese name is a variation on Purin, which happens to be the Japanese word for pudding. The French corruption means All soft soft.
