Steve (Japanese: スティーブ Steve) is the second Grand Master. He plays using the Legendary Zapdos Deck (Japanese: でんせつのサンダーデッキ Legendary Thunder Deck). In Template:Card GB 2, he uses the でんせつのかせきデッキ Legendary Fossil Deck.

Steve is the second of the 4 Grand Masters who are available to battle after the player obtains all eight Club Medals.

Later on, the player is required to fight him in the Pokémon Dome to obtain one of the Legendary cards - Zapdos.
