An old man is a character of the day in Steamboat Willies!. This article will refer to him by his title, as he was unnamed in the episode. His English voice actor is Eric Schussler and his Japanese voice actor is 宝亀克寿 Katsuhisa Hōki.
The old man is the owner of the Wailord-shaped boat in which Pikachu and co. are left in. When the boat leaves, the old man uses his Mantine to help the Pokémon left on the boat.
