Magikarp (Japanese: コイキング Koiking) is a Water-type Basic Pokémon card. It was released as a promotional card in Japan only. This page uses the English equivalents of Japanese names.

Release information
This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it was available as a prize card upon completing the "Pokémon Hyper Test" at Tamamushi University in June 1998. It was later reprinted in the Pokémon Web Expansion. The card was never released in English.
Trivia
- This card is commonly known as the University Magikarp.
- The rarity of the card is disputed, some believing that the card had a run as limited as 30, while others believe it is considerably more.
Origin
Dragon Rage is a move in the Pokémon games, however, Magikarp cannot learn it.
