The old man
An old man is a character of the day in Steamboat Willies!. This article will refer to him by his title, as he was unnamed in the episode. His English voice actor is Eric Schussler and his Japanese voice actor is 宝亀克寿 Katsuhisa Hōki.
The old man is the owner of the Wailord-shaped boat, on which Pikachu and the other Pokémon are left to their own devices and explorations. When the boat leaves, the old man uses his Mantine to help the Pokémon trapped on the boat.
