A game machine is a game found at the Veilstone Game Corner exclusively in European versions of Pokémon Platinum, replacing slot machines. Only the European versions of Platinum have game machines; versions of Platinum released in most other parts of the world, as well as all versions of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl still have slot machines.

Game machines allow players to interact with the machine and, in most cases, find anywhere from 5 to 20 coins in a machine each day. This is the extent of the interactivity with game machines; there isn't really a game to be played.
