"Forfeit half your cash"

The statement that you will forfeit half your cash if you lose may not be entirely correct. I was playing Leaf Green earlier today and beat Lorelei with 0 cash, leaving with me with a total of 5400. However, Bruno then took all of my money (5400), leaving me with 0 again. Additionally, before I have had a situation where Bruno has taken all my cash, despite the fact that I have had a little more than 5400 when starting the battle with him. Certain games have changed the mechanic where the lost cash is a set total instead of a fraction. Trust me, there are times where I intentionally blow as much cash as possible in XD so that I can abuse gender-setting against foes with lots of shadows (I once faced Ardos for the first time with just $7 to my name). --Shiningpikablu252 22:35, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
