Ryo Takamisaki (鷹岬 諒 Takamisaki Ryō) is a Japanese manga artist born in August 14, 1963. Ryo grew up in Ibaraki, Japan, and graduating from Nagoya University.
He created the manga adaptation of The Rise of Darkrai. He frequently uses screentone in his works.
