Ascorbia Island (Japanese: ウンシュウ島 Unshū Island) is a large island in the northeastern part of the Orange Archipelago. It is home to many towns and big port cities, and is seen as a "big city" island, much like Mandarin Island. It is home to many large apartment buildings.
On this island, Captain Aiden trains Wartortle and its evolutions, Squirtle and Blastoise to be firefighters. There is also an Officer Jenny in this town.

Trivia
- Its English name is derived from ascorbic acid, an antioxidant commonly found in citrus fruits. Its Japanese name literally refers to the Wenzhou region of China, from which the popular genus of citrus gets its name. It has no English equivalent.
