== Where does it say the tusks are made of ice? ==
It says in the entries for both mammoswine and piloswine that the tusks are made of ice, but this isn't present in eithers' pokedex entries, nor do the tusks remotely resemble ice. Where did this information come from? If there's no basis for the tusks being made out of ice from the games, we should remove that part because it is likely that the tusks are simply tusks. == Previous evolution moves? ==
Out of the moves that Mamoswine can only learn as a prior evolution, Mamoswine can only have up to three at once. This is because Ancient Power takes a slot when it evolves, and Mamoswine can learn that via move tutor. Should thos be added to the trivia? :No, it's obvious enough. And hardly unique to Mamoswine anyway. [[User:Tiddlywinks|Tiddlywinks]] ([[User talk:Tiddlywinks|talk]]) 13:11, 20 March 2016 (UTC) |

I tried to enter Mamoswine's Platinum tutoring moves, and I screwd it up...these are the moves it learns, somebody please help me...- unsigned comment from Gorebyss (talk • contribs)
Roserade
Actually, if you look at both of Roserade's front sprites, you will see that Roserade's cape is still visibly shorter on the female Me and my fellow torchics agree on this - Sk8torchic 22:14, 20 October 2008 (UTC)
- this would be more suited for the roserade page. This is about mamoswine.--デビッド Aipom (Speaks To Me):] 秘密の通信 07:50, 13 June 2009 (UTC)
Atk
Should this be added "Mamoswine has the highest atk stat of all the Ice type Pokemon " ? . I mean Heatran has the highest spatk of all the fire type pokemon Pokemon94 03:22, 25 January 2009 (UTC)
Pryce
I've been told "anime =/= games", but I noticed the Pokedex entry for Platinum mention it was found frozen and unthawed and revived. I was thinking this may be a reference to Pryce's Piloswine in the anime; it was frozen when Pryce was young and found and unthawed decades later. Drake Clawfang 06:02, 26 September 2009 (UTC)
- Yes, but that wasn't a Mamoswine. That was Pryce's Pilowswine. It's most likely referencing the real mammoths that we sometimes find frozen, although we can't revive them. R.A. Hunter Blade 21:28, 27 September 2009 (UTC)

can an admin remove this page from the "Pokémon with unknown English names" category by putting a $ after the name part of the template? Turtwig A Contributions Talk 17:29, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
Tongue pic?
Apparently Mamoswine has a large tongue. Is there a picture of this anywhere? --☆FiMbUlWiNtEr2O|2☆ 20:50, 2 February 2011 (UTC)
Highest Attack of all non-legendary Pokemon
Shouldn't we add (in the trivia; once server load is low) that, though both Kyurem and Mamoswine both have the highest Attack of all Ice types, that Mamoswine as the highest attack of all non-legendary Ice type Pokémon? YoshisWorld 17:51, 11 July 2011 (UTC)YoshisWorld
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon
I guess we should talk about his small role in the special chapter, and what Grovyle told about it: "Among the Ice-Type Pokémon, Mamoswine is the strongest". User: Igor Castro Chucre
Global Link Promotional Mamoswine
Should the Global Link Promotional Mamoswine be added? I was surprised that it isn't on here. Questioner 10:34, 23 October 2011 (UTC)
- Having been released in Japan last year already, it would have been it there were anything special about its moves. It's the ability that's only of notice, and it isn't even passable. -tc²₆tc26- 10:47, 23 October 2011 (UTC)
So I take it that it is the same situation with the promotion Banette? Questioner 10:50, 23 October 2011 (UTC)
- Banette has Cotton Guard. So, no. -tc²₆tc26- 11:10, 23 October 2011 (UTC)
