Archiving

Once you Archive a page, you can't really reverse it easily. The point of Archiving is to keep page history and conversations, and those aren't something you can just wish away with the delete tag. I do admit we make mistakes at the beginning: when I archived my first talk page, it only had 83 sections. Since Archive three, I've been archiving at 100. It is impossible to go back and change the first one to have 100 sections, so I just have to live with it. That is what you also need to do. I don't know the reason why you wanted to delete it, but it can't really happen, unfortunately. ^Maverick_Nate 20:11, 17 February 2012 (UTC)

I'm Sorry but please help a friend of my brother

I didn't mean to spam all those pages. I just wanted a response. I contacted Magnedeth last night after Cycling Road's friend was concerned about his account that he made at school and can never sign into because he never received an Account Activation Notice email. All I got as a response was "This doesn't pass the duck test." I don't know what that means. He signed up with the name ShadowLugia. ShadowLugia is Cycling Road's friend Max and when he went to sign up that name wasn't available so he had to keep writing in random names to get an account on here. Cycling Road also has a friend named Ruckus Jorgee. I also don't care about what Serebii wrote on his profile last year because it isn't true. He isn't IMMORAL or AMORAL at all. He is a nice grown gentleman and also Magnedeth's title changing "What Can I do to be unbanned from the forum" to "Unbanned from Forum" seems misleading. Who was unbanned if it says that? The names of voice actors were not false. I did a lot of research on it. For Tracey's voice , I found it on the voice actor's page on Wikipedia. For James, I found it on [1] & [2]. Template:Unova

I'm sorry, but "talk to an admin first, before editing a template" is a bit of a nonsense reason. There is no such rule, and I've made many edits to just about all of the locations templates before. Generally no one has ever had a problem with it. The only issue raised on this particular template was the Heart Cave/Hollow weirdness (I don't even know how that came about), and having the Basic Badge link to Nacrene gym and Aspertia gym, both of which have been resolved.

Now I wish to say that I fully intend to restore my revision, unless you can provide me a legitimate reason why you don't agree with my edits. Because as it stands, simply reverting for the heck of it just comes across as disruptive and counterproductive, and doesn't really help any of us in the end. --Dorsal Axe (talk) 15:24, 14 July 2012 (UTC)
