I noticed that Clair's Dragonair's Iron tail was shown like past animations: glowing, instead of the new metal-like animations... should it be mentioned or something? --[[User:Pao27|Pao27]] ([[User talk:Pao27|talk]]) 01:15, 10 March 2013 (UTC)

I see that at one point in between the flashbacks cheeky Pikachu has his paw in Ash's glass of juice and is clearly enjoying the taste when he sucks his paw, then later is shown happily chugging it down. Not important perhaps, but it's cute and worthy of a mention here if nowhere else as an example of his adaptability with food and drink. == Dub Edit? Ash throwing the rock ==
I watched the Japanese version before the dub, and I noticed that in the Dub when Ash throws a rock to scare away the Spearow, it seems that it was faster/shorter than the Japanese version. They might have possibly sped it up to decrease the violence/animal abuse aspects of it. Did anyone else notice, or can verify this? During the flashback of the re-used scene of Ash's Charmander battling Primeape, in the original scene before Charmander knocked the Pig Monkey Pokémon out with a Flamethrower, Pikachu ran and jumped and managed to retrieve Ash's hat, but in the flashback this doesn't happen and instead the hat is burned with the Primeape. == Regarding to Tracey's appearance ==
Should Tracey's appearance in this episode be considered a physical appearance? On the DP001 page, it says that episode is his latest in-person appearance while this one says it's his latest physical appearance. He appears on a screen in both episodes. However, the difference between that episode and this one is that it cuts back to the lab where Tracey is standing by Prof. Oak during his and Ash's conversation (thus counting as an in-person appearance) while in this episode, nothing like that ever happens. Charizard

Any idea whether this isAsh's Charizard? Briguychau (talk) 08:09, 3 February 2013 (UTC)

No, we don't--ForceFire 08:15, 3 February 2013 (UTC)

Edit Request

Isn't Misty suppose to be listed before Brock according to MOS? --HoennMaster 19:49, 28 February 2013 (UTC)

Brock? Misty?

Where in hell does that info come from? SatoMew 14:30, 3 March 2013 (UTC)

From the voice actor list for this episode. But obviously, they aren't appearing physically.--Den Zen 14:34, 3 March 2013 (UTC)
Also, Brock appeared in a flashback in a promo for the episode on Pokémon Smash (but we already had the VA list prior to that anyway). --SnorlaxMonster 15:15, 3 March 2013 (UTC)
But if they don't actually appear in the episode, it's misleading people into believing otherwise. What would be the best way to accurately represent their "presence"? SatoMew 15:19, 3 March 2013 (UTC)
Flashbacks count as appearances. Once the episode has aired and we know they are both only flashbacks, we'll put "(flashback)" after their names (like Professor Oak in EP039). --SnorlaxMonster 15:34, 3 March 2013 (UTC)

Dragonair's Iron Tail

I noticed that Clair's Dragonair's Iron tail was shown like past animations: glowing, instead of the new metal-like animations... should it be mentioned or something? --Pao27 (talk) 01:15, 10 March 2013 (UTC)

I think so, since everything else was updated.--Den Zen 01:17, 10 March 2013 (UTC)

Uh, no. Yes, it's cute, but we see Pikachu eating food lots of times. Ataro (talk) 23:55, 15 March 2013 (UTC)

Dub Edit? Ash throwing the rock

I just verified, both versions show it at exactly the same speed. --Gabo 2oo (talk) 22:40, 9 June 2013 (UTC)

Michele Knotz as flashback Nurse Joy

Knotz, don't only reprises as Misty, also as the Joy of flashback, becasue in Spain, is the currently VA's, no the previous one --HoopsterJohn (talk) 16:55, 30 October 2013 (UTC)
