Does this move take into account the speed stat after all modifiers, some modifiers or no modifiers, and does this vary in different generations? Also, what is the base power at precicely 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4 for Target's speed over User's speed? [[User:PartHunter|PartHunter]] ([[User talk:PartHunter|talk]]) 01:38, 1 April 2015 (UTC)

Paralysis and item effects

Testing Elecball, I found a good combination: If the target's Speed is equal or less than yours, and than is paralyzed, Elecball enters the 150 base power range. Otherwise, if the target's Speed is greater than 1/8 (12.5%) of the user Speed, and than the user is paralyzed, Elecball enters the 60 base power range. Also, held items that indirectly affect Speed (like Macho Brace) are considered by Elecball. --Blow (話す) 23:05, 3 November 2010 (UTC)

Trivia?

Would it be considered Trivia that all Pokemon who learn this move get STAB from it? Gliscorguy54 00:07, 4 November 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, probably. --SnorlaxMonster 11:18, 30 November 2010 (UTC)
