Generation V Easy Chat
Generation V's typing system is basically the same general concept as Generation IV's. Why not just say so and state the minute differences? Puppy of Doom and Destruction 14:50, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
- Please feel free to edit the section yourself :) —darklordtrom 06:34, 21 June 2011 (UTC)
- while on the subject of generation V, what is the ??? Category for, and why doesn't this article say anything about it? Is there a way to add phrases to it?Zorakirby 06:54, 5 June 2012 (UTC)
List of words?
Does anyone have a list of words? --Abcboy (talk) 19:51, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
Split
I think the gigantic lists of words would be much easier to navigate if they were their own separate pages, rather than collapsed gigantic lists on this page. I'm unsure whether it would be better to split the sentences to separate pages or the same page as the words for that Generation. --SnorlaxMonster 08:33, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
- Yes, splitting would be a good idea. This long page is hard to navigate properly. I think good names would be:
- It would probably be OK to keep words and sentences for each generation together. Maybe also use a different layout with proper headings for each group (those titles such as "Greetings" and "People"). --Daniel Carrero (talk) 10:26, 20 March 2021 (UTC)

Instead, I think explicitly titling them "List of easy chat system words in Generation X" or "List of easy chat system words and sentences in Generation X" makes it much clearer that those pages should only be words and sentences, not descriptions of the system as a whole. --SnorlaxMonster 10:30, 20 March 2021 (UTC)
- I see what you mean, but "List of easy chat system words in Generation X" looks pretty long. It's a bit hard to type it completely, so I assume most people will either have to search for it or use a separate link from other articles.
- In each gen, the ECS works in different ways, and in different places. The full explanation about what the ECS does in each gen is a very short text, so I think it would be helpful to add it together with the list of words.
