This card was included as a Regular card, a Full Art card, and as a Secret card in the BREAKthrough expansion, first released in the Japanese Red Flash expansion. The Regular print features artwork by PLANETA, the Full Art print features artwork by Ryo Ueda, and the Secret print features artwork by Mitsuhiro Arita. An XY Black Star Promotional print with new artwork by 5ban Graphics was released in the Triple Power Tins. In Japan, this print was included in the M Mewtwo-EX Special Jumbo Card Pack: Red Flash/Rage of the Broken Heavens Ver.
