This card was included as a Regular card, a Full Art card, and as a Secret card in the BREAKthrough expansion, first released in the Japanese Blue Shock expansion. The Regular print features artwork by PLANETA, the Full Art print features artwork by Ryo Ueda, and the Secret print features artwork by Mitsuhiro Arita. In Japan, a XY-P Promotional print was included in the M Mewtwo-EX Special Jumbo Card Pack: Blue Shock/Rage of the Broken Heavens Ver. and features different artwork by 5ban Graphics. This print was later released in English on October 15, 2016 in the Mewtwo-EX Box as both a regular-sized and a Jumbo card.
