YouTube is an online video sharing platform, owned and operated by Google. The service allows users to upload and view videos, comment on them, and subscribe to other users' "channels". As of April 2020, YouTube is the second most visited website in the world,[2] and over 2 billion users watch over a billion hours of content every day.[3] Due to guidelines introduced to abide by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), most content related to the main Pokémon anime and its movies is marked for kids, disabling many features including comments.[4]
