Release information
This card was released in POP Series 5, originating as one of the PCG-P Promotional cards. In Japan, this card was released in conjunction with the Pika Summer Trip campaign. Passengers flying on any domestic All Nippon Airways flight between July 1 and August 31, 2006 could redeem their boarding passes for a two-card set that included this card and Sea's Manaphy. A Cosmos Holofoil version of the English print was one of two cards available in the DP Value Pack 1, released in September 2007.
Trivia

Origin
Lightning Ball is an attack that first appeared on Lanturn from Aquapolis. Thunderbolt is a move in the Pokémon games that Pikachu can learn.
